June 25 | Keep your Cool: Summer Vibes

Learn how to keep your cool this summer! Join Jenna Miller as she guides you through techniques to balance heat- inside and out. You will experience a cooling practice including asana (yoga poses), meditation, pranayama (breath work), essential oils and the opportunity to explore emotions that build heat in your mind/body.

Jenna is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) and holistic health practitioner. She has completed over 1500 hours of training including Ayurveda, nutrition, herbology, massage and reiki.
