July 9 | Pilates During Pregnancy
In this interactive, hands-‐on workshop with Julie, we will be discussing how practicing Pilates exercises during and after pregnancy can help you have a healthier, happier pregnancy as well as enhance your body's ability to heal itself after the baby has arrived. We will also be moving through two short, gentle flows of Pilates exercises so that you can feel the work in your own body and receive feedback on form.
